Holiday Pass Legal Framework
Terms of Service
1. Contracting Entity
This agreement is between you and HOLIDAY PASS (PTY) LTD, Registration No. 2026/367201/07, the South African operator of Holiday Pass.
2. Membership Access
- Membership access is for the registered account holder only and is non-transferable.
- Your live plan determines included local-offer access, redemptions, billing period if any, renewal period if any, cancellation rules, and any plan-specific add-on options.
- Membership benefits are promotional access rights only. They are not money, electronic money, stored value, a deposit, a voucher with cash value, remittance, credit, savings, lending, investment, crypto, insurance, gambling, or a financial product.
- Membership benefits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
3. Checkout And Receipts
Before payment, checkout shows the price, plan type, support city, payment provider, important limitations, and a chance to correct details. After successful payment confirmation, we issue a receipt to your account email. Unless that receipt displays valid VAT registration details and states that it is a VAT tax invoice, it is a standard payment receipt and not a VAT tax invoice.
4. Vendors
Holiday Pass provides a membership and marketing platform for local offers. The vendor remains responsible for the goods, services, premises, safety, staff conduct, product availability, legal compliance, and offer accuracy for its own business.
5. Subscriptions And Refunds
If a monthly or annual plan is offered, checkout will disclose the billing frequency, amount, renewal date, cancellation method, and when access ends. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal billing and, where the plan is already paid for the current period, access may continue until the paid-through date shown in your account. If payment fails or needs attention, we may ask you to update your payment method through the hosted payment-management flow before further renewals or redemptions. Refunds and cooling-off requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
Holiday Pass may limit, suspend, or terminate access where accounts, offers, payments, or redemptions are used for fraud, payment abuse, prohibited goods or services, resale, transfer, cash-out, or unlawful activity.
