- Vendor and partner access is only for approved businesses or approved representatives.
- Users must keep login details secure and notify Holiday Pass if they suspect unauthorized access.
3. Prohibited User Activity
Users may not use Holiday Pass for:
- fraud, identity misuse, fake accounts, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass redemption rules;
- reselling, transferring, sharing, or cashing out membership benefits, deal access, passes, or redemptions;

- treat customers fairly and comply with applicable consumer protection, privacy, tax, licensing, and safety laws;
- notify Holiday Pass if an offer, business detail, or operational status changes.
6. Payments, Memberships, And Redemptions
Customers pay Holiday Pass for membership access. Vendors do not process the Holiday Pass membership payment, and consumers do not receive payouts from Holiday Pass.
- Memberships may be once-off, monthly, annual, promotional, or trial-based, depending on the live offer.
- Membership benefits and redemptions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or used as stored value.
- Holiday Pass may limit, reverse, or review redemptions where abuse, error, fraud, or technical misuse is suspected.
- Failed, reversed, disputed, or refunded payments may result in suspended or reduced access.
7. Disputes And Refunds
Customers may contact Holiday Pass support about payment, access, or redemption concerns. We review disputes against payment records, account activity, redemption history, vendor offer terms, and applicable law.
Where appropriate, Holiday Pass may correct account access, reverse a redemption, coordinate with the vendor, issue a refund, or decline a request where the published terms were followed or misuse is identified.
8. Data Protection And Privacy
Users and vendors must not upload, request, share, or misuse personal information that is unnecessary for the Holiday Pass service. Holiday Pass processes personal information in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy law, including POPIA where applicable.
9. Enforcement
Holiday Pass may refuse onboarding, remove offers, limit redemptions, suspend accounts, terminate access, report unlawful activity, or cooperate with payment providers and authorities where this policy is breached or where continued access creates legal, operational, payment, or reputational risk.
